Jackrabbit Data Systems was founded by people who have worked in and/or supported paratransit and travel training offices for many years. For decades, our team managed eligibility programs, trained staff, and built various database solutions to keep operations running. We experienced firsthand how outdated, paper-heavy systems slowed down staff, created inconsistent determinations, and frustrated applicants who were simply trying to access the services they needed.
At the same time, we carry a personal perspective. Members of our leadership have family experience with disability, and we understand how vital accessible transit is—not only as a service, but as a lifeline to independence and dignity.
Together, these professional and personal insights shaped the creation of GetGoing: a modern, intuitive platform that reduces inefficiencies, strengthens consistency, and ultimately helps agencies deliver better outcomes for the people they serve.
